By placing your order you have represented to Wine88.com that you are at least 21 years old.
All delivery and shipping must be received (signed for) by an adult of legal drinking age. We are prohibited from leaving packages "on the porch" or "by the door" without a signature.

What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination and delivery method. Our staff will contact you once packaged is weighed to give you accurate fee for shipping.

A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using.
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Orders placed are expected to ship within 3 business days, though we make every effort to ship your order earlier. If you place an order for Saturday delivery, the order must be placed before 2 PM EST on the preceding Friday.
They will email you a tracking number for your order once they have picked up and scanned the package. An adult signature is required for all packages at least 21yrs of age.
We do not ship on weekends or government holidays, though sometimes we do process orders at night and on weekends. If you receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email from us after 5PM EST or on a weekend or holiday, it means we have processed and packed your order, but the shipping will be on the next business day.
How are your products packaged?
We will do everything in our power to assure that your package arrives safely. All orders are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box, with layers of foam cushioning protecting the bottles. Orders that include original packaging, or contain irregular-shaped bottles may be packed differently, but securely.
Cancellations and Returns
All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Wine Dinners and events are not refundable. Wines that we have special ordered for you are not returnable. All returns are for store credit only.
The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.
