Billing Information

A charge will be applied to your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. All credit cards are verified, and your billing address must match the card used.

How long until my order ships?

• Orders typically ship within 3 business days (we strive to ship sooner).
• For Saturday delivery, place the order before 2 PM EST on Friday.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once the package is picked up and scanned. Adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries.
• We do not ship on weekends or U.S. government holidays. If you receive a “Shipping Confirmation” after 5 PM EST or on a weekend/holiday, it means your order is processed and packed; the carrier will pick up on the next business day.

How are products packaged?

We ship in sturdy cartons with foam cushioning to protect bottles. Orders containing original packaging or irregularly shaped bottles may be packed differently but still securely.

Cancellations & Returns

• All sales are final. No refunds for cancellations.

• Special-ordered wines are non-returnable.
• Any approved returns are issued as store credit only.
