Hengshui Laobaigan is one of China's most celebrated baijiu spirits, bottled at 55% ABV. Originating in Hengshui City, Hebei Province, with a brewing heritage dating back to the Ming Dynasty, it is the defining expression of the "Laobaigan Xiang" aroma style — officially recognized as the eleventh major flavor category of Chinese baijiu.
