The 2021 Château Cheval Blanc, a premier right-bank Bordeaux, is crafted from approximately 52% Cabernet Franc, 43% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, with an alcohol level around 13%. It offers an elegant and layered expression, featuring aromas of black cherry, cassis, violets, and spice. On the palate, the wine is refined and tightly structured with silky tannins and a lingering finish.
