Xifeng Baijiu Classic White Bottle is produced in Liulin Town, Fengxiang District, Baoji, Shaanxi Province — the ancient heartland of Xifeng with over 3,000 years of brewing history. Developed as an export-oriented premium expression, it is held to the highest standards of quality from inception, with its base liquor selected from superior spirit aged in Xifeng's iconic jiuhai — large traditional storage vessels whose use dates back to the Tang Dynasty. These rectangular clay-lined containers allow for gentle ventilation, enabling the spirit to breathe and develop complexity over time, leaking when exposed to water yet absorbing and amplifying aroma when in contact with wine.
