Lu Zhou Lao Jiao Bai Nian is a premium strong-aroma baijiu from Luzhou Laojiao, one of China’s most historically significant baijiu producers. “Bai Nian” literally means “hundred years,” referring to the traditional aged mud-cellar fermentation pits used in production, rather than implying that the liquid itself has been aged for 100 years.
This baijiu offers the classic profile of Sichuan strong-aroma baijiu: rich cellar aroma, layered grain notes, ripe fruit character, a full-bodied palate, and a smooth, slightly sweet finish. It is bold, aromatic, and structured, making it suitable for formal banquets, business dining, festive gifting, and experienced baijiu drinkers.
