Combining sophisticated production and blending techniques, it strives for a pure and refined body. Using premium sorghum as the main ingredient, paired with “Qingcha Qu” made from barley and peas, and drawing on pristine ancient well and deep well water, it follows traditional di-gang fermentation and “double distillation with clean steaming” methods.
